Experience
I trained at the Central School of Ballet in London where I completed a full time BA Hons Degree in professional dance. I completed the entire RAD syllabus at the Royal Academy of Dance and represented England in Hong Kong for the Genee awards (international ballet competition) in 2006. Whilst completing my training as a professional dancer, I danced the original choreography of Chicago, Fosse, Lion King, Billy Elliot and many more and also performed on stage in Cambridgeshire and London. I was performing 1920s-50s dance styles at various venues in London West End such as Madame Tussauds, London's top hotels, The Cockrane Theatre, Bloomsbury Theatre and many others. Now I am director of The Diamond Dolls Company which is a dance troupe of showgirls that perform in London's West End. Auditions are held annually and will be open to the members of the class if any dancer is interested.
Classes
Musical Theatre
The Musical Theatre Jazz class is aimed at dancers of all levels from all backgrounds and has been structured to push each participant to reach their highest potential.
This class gives each participant the opportunity to dance various styles of movement with choreography taken from the West End and Broadway. The Musical Theatre class also allows students to prepare themselves for Musical Theatre auditions. Within the year we will have the class taken by a guest dancer, who is currently performing in The Lion King West End Musical, and will teach one of the original routines performed in the show.
The main idea is to work hard, have fun and get results!

Uniform
Suitable footwear such as leather jazz shoes, canvas slippers or jazz sneakers that allow you to move smoothly when executing turns (for example a pirouette) would be preferable. If you do not own any of these then a pair of trainers will be acceptable. Any type of clothing is fine as long as you can move without any restrictions.
Classical Ballet
The young dancers will be twinkling on their tip toes to familiar music they know and love, learning the basic techniques to classical ballet and dancing to storylines with occasional props, to encourage their creation skills and imagination. The infants will start with some barre and centre work at the beginning of each class to increase their strength and improve placement and balance. They will then perform a dance scene taught to them, which will be a scenario from a well known story such as Cinderella and they will use their imagination and dancing skills to perform their character's role.
Uniform
Canvas, Satin or Leather Ballet shoes/slippers. Bare feet acceptable. Leotard and skirt can be worn however any clothing that is not loose is acceptable.
All About Jazz
A high energy dance class that involves all types of jazz including modern, lyrical and street and will vary from week to week. Jazz dance is lots of fun and a great way for children to get exercise and learn different styles of jazz movement. Classes are designed to introduce children to the concepts of posture, stretch, creative improvisation and rhythm through a series of exercises, stories and popular music that lay the groundwork for proper dance technique.
Uniform
Suitable footwear such as leather jazz shoes, canvas slippers or jazz sneakers that allow you to move smoothly when executing turns (for example a pirouette) would be preferable. If you do not own any of these then a pair of trainers will be acceptable. Any type of clothing is fine as long as you can move without any restrictions.
Street Dance
Strut your stuff to the latest music and R 'n' B sound tracks. Learn new challenging moves every week to improve your dance skills. An enjoyable class for all levels and a great fitness workout.

Suitable footwear such as trainers, jazz sneakers or jazz shoes. Any type of clothing is fine as long as you can move without any restrictions.
